I'm sorry, The brake light switch wiring is covered in a nylon type anti-chafe sleeve/tubing. It comes in all diameters. It is used on aircraft wiring so that's why it was chosen for this project. Very flexible and durable.

Where OH WHERE did you find this stuff? I need some of that to finish my project off. Getting close to riding weather and I am Jonsin' already! Your bike is down with the sickness. Makes me wonder if I shouldn't have stuck with the stock paint scheme. On the fat tank I don't think it would have equated the same way. Gawd, if the paint comes out like I am envisioning my paint will be pretty nice. Fingers crossed.

Always been one of my favorite builds! Rich, I hope you plan on keeping the 80 LTD color scheme. Everything looks to match perfectly on this bike.
