Well, I guess that I should say that it's a shame none of it makes it to the radio. I remember going to all of the little corner bars, blues joints, and dives around sixth street when I used to live in Austin. Lots of good music to be heard there at the time, and probably still is. However, most doesn't make it to the radio these days. At least here locally. Unfortunately, with the arrival of my rugrats, my barhopping days are pretty much done, for now.

Oh thats true for sure!! We have a pretty good station in St. John's, they play only rock now. They used to play everything but theres a huge demographic of people in Newfoundland that don't care for pop or country, so they changed to just rock. funny because thats how they started back in the seventies.

Its not so bad, it was hot this weekend when I was home. I don't get back from Germany till December. So the bike that was supposed to be ridden this fall will be on the road in spring 2011. I'm actually kind of glad I have the time, gonna do a few extra things like paint it properly.

I lost a little bit of inspiration when you went across the pond, and Adam decided to encase himself in epoxy resin. I hope to be riding by the time you are home, but so far, this school year has me busier than the past. I'm still plugging along bit by bit.

Nice to hear that someone is looking forward to me getting back! I dont have much left to do, just set my cams, connect a regulator, and make a rear exhaust mount. But then I'll be picking at it all winter, so I guess there'll be things to watch.

Is epoxy resin like Carbonite? Will Adam be temporarily blind and wake up in Jabbas palace?

I don't know about blindness, but I hear that he only walks in circles to the left, and that his arms itch. I think that his bike will possibly be more complicated than the Millenium Falcon. Lets just hope that the engine is a little more reliable. :laugh:

Ive always been a rocker but for some reason I just started listening to country.some of the songs kind of have good sound with words I can relate to.still got my who and stp cds in my truck.I guess when you get 50 your open to more things??like I said still like the cranking rock tune but,must be getting old?
