1075 kit with cams...

Finished all the fine sanding and did a little rough buffing starting to bling bling. When I get finished i am sure I won't have much of any fingertips left.

Not including what i got in to the motor already I am going to spend another almost 6 grand to get her back together. for the head it will be around 1600 give or take. Have all of the pieces for the timing. Liska heavy duty billet rollers, Subaki heavy duty chain, studs with nuts so that they don't need to come out of the cases for next time she comes down for whatever reasons. Those pieces added up! Going to port her really nice and match the ports to J boots and put oversized stainless intakes and some titanium pieces in her! Sticking with the .410 cams and using the 31crs Those babies are nice. I will post another pic of those up for you all to paint the screen with. The crank I will do everything to it that needs to be done to get the most out of the build. The crank was sent out today. I figure about a grand more or less and the trans was sent too. The powdercoater was a bit expensive but well worth the bucks. @ 300 for frame and 200 for extra parts that go along with it. No imperfections whatsoever cept I should have ground a little more of the imperfections from the welding out even though they are in areas that don't show. The engine cases will go black and they will cost 600. Are we sure Jeffery Dahmer didn't set all of these prices?! I feel like I paid the Dahmer price for all of this stuff! Well, I guess quality is quality and when you build something you have to do all of it or none of it. Had I to do it again I may have just stayed stock but now I put her in gotta finish her off right. Once you get them apart and want to take no short cuts it's what it adds up to. lol

I gave up on the cost of everything and I am just going to hit it full speed till I get her done. My fingertips are gone from all the sanding and polishing I have been doing. All I can say is that I have learned an immense amount of information about these bikes with the help of everyone on here and my friend who is the brains and tech behind this operation. I will keep every step of progress on her up here along the way.

Workin it still. Just wanted to put a pic of before and after and while I already started on brake cylinder the seat lock looked the same as the brake cylinder did as far as grayness.
That was a LOT of sanding to get those grooves and castings smooth as glass! I am not finished with the piece yet but I think it will come out lookin purdy.
