DoctoRot, I believe e-bay, these are stick ons, the studded with nuts are close to $60 a piece!
Chassis and a few engine covers to powder coat. Got the cases bored for the big sleeves and started machining on the triple trees.

Lower triple tree off CNC and ready for manual mill, forks slid into just to double check the spacing, using ZRX forks with Brembo monoblocks and R1 wheel, made for some math work. Cases received final wash and paint as well.

Picked the frame up from powder coating, along with some of the engine covers.


done the engine covers in wrinkle black, still not sure on this one!



Put the body work and seat on to get a tease for myself

very cool. what offset do you have on the triple tree? are you doing a drop type upper clamp?

Its either 32.5 or 35 offset, I'd have to check. Only about a 1/4" drop, may go more if needed.

Not done but a little fab and weld tonight, it's lightly tacked up with bracing yet to be cut and fit but you get the jist of it.
