For the foam what you need to look for is called "Rebond Foam". Try to find it at fabric stores and stuff. It comes in a few densities. 8lb density is stiff, but when you sit on it it will conform to your pooper. :thumbup:

Those shocks look very much like ZRX shocks. Im looking at maybe getting a set for my bike. A tad longer, but a very nice upgrade from stock.... Wayne

Swingarm is from a TL1000, shocks are old Paioli's which are similar to Marzocchi shocks. I am not sure if they are any good, I have not rode the bike with them on.

Its off a 1998 TL1000s, the r model has a brace on the arm.
Its was approx. the same length as orig. arm.
The arm width at the pivot was slightly smaller than orig. I used the TL1000 bearing and made a bush so it fitted the smaller Zed axle. I got spacers made for both sides of the arm.
Getting the R1 6" rim alignment and chain clearance took most of the time.
