Angle on rear wheel seems weird

look how close the wheel is to left shock compared to right shock,i still think its the spacers.
Anything is possible, but, in my opinion, I think the left arm of the swingarm is lower than the right (but the photo is deceiving because the whole bike may be leaning right slightly). This causes the top of the wheel to tilt toward the left shock. But look at the wheel adjusters. The tire is almost centered between them.
This is the most common fault I found on the few swingarms I've straightened. But there are other things that can cause this too. It can be the main frame as well. It's hard to say until you take everything apart and throw it onto a layout table.

Look at the chain relative to the engine and wheel. The spacing is definatly off.

I am going to be hanging the swingarm now and see what gives afterwards.
if its a bent frame I am done with it and Parts go on ebay. :whistle: I dont have the time or tools to straighten a frame and can afford to repaint another one.
Lets just hope the new swingarm is straight this time.
I did (so sis my son in law) measur from the center of the neck to each frame rail and they were dead on. then measured from the backbone rail end to the opposite corner on the rear and they were dead on, so I looked deeper at the swingarm and seen the tail end of it pointing inwards on the caliper side (right) pointing hard left compared to the straight one on my other frame.
This Bike was down at one point, But it only scuffed up the timing cover I thought. Nothing else was marked with road rash at all on the frame, But the exhaust was skinned a little though.
Oh well, Nuff with that. Onto remounting another swingarm. Crossing my fingers.

I think that the rear frame may be twisted a bit. I had the same prob, and the frame was just off a hair.

all the points match up together, ends when back to back are identical.
I cant mount my spare set because the previous ownere of that bike didnt ever take the swingarm off and grease the bearings, so they are frozen solid and rusted in place (along with Egg shaped innards) so I am S-O-L on a spare swingarm.
with the wheel off and the swingarm removed, the frame looks (to the eye) square as heck. I couldnt have the spacers flip flopped as they only go into the wheel one way.
maybe its just my eyes and comprehention is warped? But then again a few of yours would be warped also.
atleast i'm not alone in my insanity.

Look where I lifted the frame to lower it onto the motor.

Look carful at the fishing line plum bobs I made and the center line going the length of the frame center.
