As for me, I can't even get my cable modem to work for more than 5 minutes. Comcast keeps coming over, but it never gets fixed. Their billing department works reliably, though.

"Unplug the cable modem, wait 30 seconds then plug it back in"

Don't you get tired of hearing that from people that can't find their butt using both hands??

Oh, and I really like the "unplug it and wait 3 hours" advice. Why not just tell me "I don't know jack sh*t, but thought I'd divert you until my shift is over".
