Had to use my wife's laptop to do it.

Steve, I reposted the image from my phone after attempting to copy/paste it from a previous KZR post on the subject. That method produced a mile of illegible code that took several edit attempts to delete.

Maybe it doesn't matter, but Timeserts are thicker and have more mass than a small insert like a helicoil. I've read that they can affect heat transfer through the plug. They sell aluminum Timeserts, and I wonder if those would be a better option for an air cooled motorcycle?

An interesting point Ed but I would come back to my original question, the OP said the 14mm coil was way to big and to be honest in the picture at least, that looks like a 12mm plug next to the 14mm coil to me.
