Anyone out there got any good pics of Harry Klinzmanns number 31 racecrafters KZ ?  ( pics of #83 welcome too ).
I'm especially looking for better all round views of the paint work layout and particularly the top of the tank and decal placement etc
I've searched the net etc which only turns up the same three or four shots which are mainly from the side and not too clear..
Thanks.

Thanks!
Those are pretty much the ones i have too and i found a couple more on FB but they are still all that same 3/4 angle shot and no views of the paintwork from above and the top of the tank.

The version i'm most interested in is the #31 machine in my original post and your 3rd pic.
As well as paint layout there's also some black writing on the yellow panel towards the rear of the tank which i may or may not want to replicate depending on what it says.

Thanks.
I got that pic with Harrys name on the white banding but it's the wrong bike, That's the later version with larger capacity tank.
The bike in my opening post used a stock tank and there's writing on the top rear yellow panel in front of the seat .
I have scoured the net and have every pic we have here and more but none with a clear shot of the paint from above.
I was hoping someone may have pics took at the track etc back in the day.

This won't help but it is the only one I have of Klinzmann (the shirt used to be available for a fellow in the UK).

The top rear of the tank where the seat starts is where they usually put the riders name. A lot of the drag bike tanks in the 70's-80's were done like that. Is your name going there or is this a tribute bike?

Harry is on Twitter (X) and also has a Utube channel : https://www.youtube.com/@harryklinzmann6844

One guy that may also have pictures is Lang Hindle (the exhaust guy) he was road racing in the states around that time.

Yes! There may be the riders name (and it wont be mine going on there) but there's something else.
When enlarging the pic it looks something like " On any Sunday " or a twist on that saying .
The bike isn't a replica but just my take on the theme with key details of the original around the bike alongside more modern components with the focus on the handling.

This pic is during the dry build.

Frame with extensive bracing .

As it is of a couple of days ago..
