i lived on wikiup mesa above lake m from 2006- 2010; redrock drive by the forest.I used to live in Lake Montezuma a few years back
i'm back in cottonwood now.
my right eye is an injury induced macular degeneration. when i feel frisky, i close my good eye and drive a bit with the fuzzy one. good times!

He gave me a good deal because he liked having access to my tools for when he needed to fix something in one of the units. He could stop on his way home from work without having to bring tools. He was very good about putting them back too.
The shop was heated in winter and naturally cool in summer and very dry. I could leave a bike in there for years and never see any corrosion from condensation or humidity. The ceilings were 12 feet, I think.
I had a trolley system on an I-beam so I could suspend and move bikes around without suspension, and move them out of the way if I needed to. The downside is that you have to be careful. A 400 pound bike acts like a wrecking ball if you move too fast.
