EDIT: Oh yeah, my second 750 had one of those seats on it too... it's in the basement, if anyone wants it.. I might just keep it to put it on if I ever resell it...

the other half's Honda had one on it when he bought it, was a travelcade model. he found a stock seat to replace it and put the travelcade up on the 'bay...got over $200 + shipping for that darn thing! not sure if it was because of the model bike it fit, or the brand or what, but some of them can bring in some good change.
looks like a keeper from what i can see of it in that tiny pic...

This is what it looked like three weeks ago . I found that the left fork had bent along with the lower tripple tree , I will post pics of how it is now tomorrow , I have some of it repaired ,,
