I think it would make an interesting poll as to how many of us hid their bikes from their moms.
One of my four bikes is a Honda Helix 250cc scooter. Years ago I gave my mom a ride on it. I made sure to go slow and ride along the beach and have her enjoy the scenery rather than focus on the machine. She had a blast.

Picked up a 4-1 exhaust yesterday. No idea what kind or what it came off of but the headers fit nicely. Had to chop off the exhaust to fix some dents, removed baffles, ordered a new one, re welded the exhaust after I took pictures. Down side is it blocks my oil filter. So oil changes will be a bit more labour intensive.

Also have my kz1300 18" front wheel buttoned up. Found my gsxr forks leaking so ordered new 0.90kg progressive springs and fork seals

 

Exhaust is on with a new mount welded. Just waiting on baffle and exhaust wrap. 

Wrapped the exhaust and finally bought myself a lift. No more bending over 

Oh man. I'm jealous. I would love be to invest in a lift. Can be hard to justify most days tho. 

I love my lift. I will never crawl around on the floor working in  the garage again, unless I want to!  

Hooked up the acewell gauges and got a first start out of it. New exhaust sounds pretty good

Still been busy working on the bike. Wired in a gsxr 1000 ignition. Fabricated a new steering lock tab on the original is stem and got my mig configured for stainless welding and did the front fender. Steel needs some paint and polishing but turned out good. Also removed rear brake fluid reservoir. Converted it to a clear hose. And got my 530 conversion sprockets in. Waiting for a license plate mount, 530 RK chain, and new braided brake lines.

 

You have forgot the dust cover on top of the head stem bearing. The washer should on top of the yoke.

You're right thanks sir. Dust seal is there but I didn't realize there was also a stem cap to go over as well. Appreciate it 

Well the bike is finished and runs perfect. I had a small issue with some tank rust keeping my petcock open and at the same time my petcock started leaking. Changed petcock and did a muriatic treatment on the tank and all is good. Ended up putting a new coat of clear on the tank. Changed it from matte to clear and I find it looks a lot better. Here's some pictures.
