Handle bar controls

What’s up guys!!! Trying to upgrade my hand controls on 78 kz1000a2. Currently running dual calipers in front. I’m not a fan of the stock levers and master cylinder. Currently have the trapezoid model. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good aftermarket set of controllers for 7/8 bars that would work with existing cables, brakes, hoses etc.
Looking to spend roughly $300 if possible. Would need to be black. I have attached a photo of the style I’m looking for. Not stuck particularly to anything but certainly looking for newer style. Even something similar to what their running on newer sport bikes would be awesome. Just didn’t know if possible. Looking for some help here.

Your picture is showing Milwaukee iron HD clutch and MC leveler that need a 1" OD steering bar.
Try search evil bay for 22 mm steering bar MC/clutch like Honda double disk bikes.

Everything I’m finding under that search brings up some POS $25 to $40 set. I would have to assume their all crap for that price. Does anyone know of a particular brand and model that would work well for dual calipers in front. Looking for both left mechanical clutch and right brake with master. I would like to use original brake hoses as well.

You can probably install the Fr brake master cylinder from a modern motorcycle having dual disks & 16mm mc piston bore (or 5/8") & you might be able to use the matching clutch lever & perch from whatever model the mc is from. Note: some don't have the mirror orifices.

I have a single disk front brake & installed the mc from a 2014 Honda CBR500 w 12.5mm bore. I got the Fr brake light wire assy from a 1000P police bike as it matched the stock wiring & was easier than fabbing something.

If you don't like the integrated reservoir they offer a remote reservoir as well.

What is the improvment with these?
Will you have better handling / braking feeling with these compare to the one I posted?

I've used those cheap Chinese Mc's as well. they work fine, but both I have owned had a slow leak at the cap and the paint quality is not good, the paint pealed off after a year of leaking brake fluid.

Brembo makes very high quality parts, with excellent QC, superior fit and finish, their master cylinders are anodized which has better longevity than paint. and is impervious to brake fluid.

performance wise they will be about the same.

Sometimes it's the finer details that make for good quality. And as always, you get what you pay for (and you pay for what you get!).
