Hmm… I should just do that. What do you call what you used… silicone hosing…?
I still plan on sending my parts out to Clauss Studios so other KZ400D owners can have a source for such a part. I'll update in this thread and others when they are available.

Another tip that I picked up from the old KZ400 (Kawasaki Twins Owners Forum) forum was using other things like radiator hose, shock boots, power steering rack boots, etc. to replace those (like Steve mentioned and showed). I think the shock boots, and things like it, are promising since they are pliable, can bend easily, are fairly cheap, etc.
