So the M unit is great but we did have an issue with shielding the actual m button. It was picking up interference and we had to get it shielded within a steel tube so it would be grounded correctly.

I have no idea man. Haha. I appreciate the complements. I get a lot of questions and thumbs up when I fill up at the gas station.

Feel free to click on my signature to see before and after pics. Future plans include upgraded front and rear suspension similar to yours, then I need to figure out what color to paint the bike. I live in California..... summer is here so I will get some riding in and work on it this fall/winter.
These bikes are a blast to ride. Mine runs strong and smooth. I cannot stop anywhere without someone coming up, wide eyed, full of questions and memories. I love it!
Happy wrenching and riding with your son

There's a little fabricating need to make everything fit. I didn't have the means to do the fabrication myself but I was able to go to a local welding and machine shop to do my fabricating. The steering stem ,mono shock mount, and swing arm pivot bolt and bushing will need to be fab to fit. To do the mono shock conversion is really not that difficult. This Is my first street fighter build and I've learned a lot doing this on my own and reading others who posted build threads here on the forum. Do your research on parts that will work best on your bike and budget.triketdrew wrote: WOW!
