One vintage motorcycle magazine has shown some interest in doing an article on my Superbike and the restoration I did on it. They want me to write the copy for the article. That is the hold up now. I have not really written anything since I wrote a few short stories back when I was in school!!!! I just hope they won't kill it over my poor ability to write a printable story of the bike and its restoration!!! Oh, I will make sure to put in the article that the bike did win your 2018 Bike Of The Year title!!!!

I own two MKII one complete OEM and another waiting for a resto mod, I have allways wanted to make it like a AMA Superbike, and after seeing your REAL AMA Superbike bild I'm most impressed!!! I'm not sure if I can accomplish that level of mods, but sure close enough.
Thanks for taking the time to share your buil here sir.

I tried to keep it looking as stock as I could when it came to the bodywork, fenders, and gauges. I am glad you like it!!!!
Right now I am resting in a rehab center after having some major problems during surgery for my second hip replacement. At least I didn't kick the bucket during surgery. Just wish they could bring my pain level down to a bearable level. Don't know how long I will be here in rehab.
Like they say, It really sucks to get old!!!!!
I just hope a lot of our members will vote to make my MK. II Bike Of The Year for the second time in its life!!!!!!

Some folks like the black bodywork color better than the blue bodywork. I am more partial to the blue bodywork myself!!!! Its now back to its original blue bodywork after its restoration!!!
I will let you judge for yourself what color bodywork you like better!!!!
