1 remove old gaskets of side engine covers and cut new ones
2 put covers back on with the new hex bolts i just got in the mall
3 finish the front brakes and head light
4 cut chain to size and install
5 fill with oil and make sure no leaks
6 check everything else and make sure every thing is nice and tight
7 try and start
8 ride
im thinking of covering up the chrome and tank with plasti dip does anyone know if it will eat the chrome i know the stuff peals of when u dont want it anymore

check over every thing

can the black hose that goes from the airbox to top of the engine be removed and caped off even if im still using an airbox? i know i would also have to plug the ports by the carbs.

I believe you are referring to the EGR system? Will run fine without it if not better I even have plates made to replace the vents on the valve cover, so it's nice and clean.
