A 750 shaft drive motor?
I know the large KZ Shafts have been converted to chain, not sure on the 750/4s, but good chance it can be done.

Hi!
The donor is this and the "stick" is clearly visible:
If successful, will have a lot of spares
The pods: made from TwinAir and glued to fit over metal cones.
From previous experience, I don't trust the metal ones.
Have slight delay on lower revs.
Jetting is a tricky question:

Hoi!
So it's been a long time since last post.
Got the new donor bike- KZ 750 P1
As the engine condition looks better than the H3 one, I'm about breaking the law: both are KZ 750's and the official papers indicate it too- so the licence plate may travel
VIN can be re.....
Maybe will make a new topic in "projects"
greetings

Hoi!
So the season for this ride is over and the chopper is "stripped" in workshop!
I was wondering, why the engine made some weird noises: like 100 of loose bolts &nuts were inside
That's why:
Will change the primary chain to shorter one:
Got some moisture in crankcase:
& the oil cooler will be installed....
Greetings

Hoi!
So, I'm on the road again!
Got the oil-cooler, new 14 tooth front sprocket, made etc.
Now made a carb swap from Keihin to Mikuni with some issues
www.kzrider.com/forum/3-carburetor/592454-carb-swap#630806
Made the ride a little bit higher by using rear shock extensions(+ 1") and a softer saddle.
Pictures will follow.
greetings

Hi!
As a season Grand Finale, made a "walk of shame"
The wireing goes insade the handlebar and RH grip was defektive, resulting short circuit and.....
So the wires are outside again with new controls.
The twin headligts were not so good at night and when opportunity presented me with 20€ KZ400 headlight and cowling, this happened:
Ity will also cover the connecttions .
Let's see

Hi!
So got the connections covered, new signal lights etc in place and it looks like this:
Replaced the Chinese pod filters with Ramair socks :
Used old pods for "base"
In my climate and driving conditions, the "budget" pods mean that the cyl. and piston section will wear down in one season!
