knowledge is wisdom. Looks like your making real progress. Wish I could get more done on my end, been slow work here lately. The little things that have to be done that don't look like much add up as you know.

No, no carbon dashes yet. I have had family staying with me until yesterday, and I'm leaving tomorrow for the inlaws for Easter. I cant seem to catch a break :S Joe, I could make you a case of carbon fiber toilet paper, but trust me; using dollar bills to wipe your ass would be softer AND cheaper. My best suggestion for you would be to go to the ATM and make a withdrawl, head into the ally and clean yourself up  ;)

Spring is here and I have some paying jobs in the shop and TAX time. Received the tubing for the exhaust, have it mocked up but not welded. I haven't lost motivation, just time. I agree, those gauges are sweet. I'm really liking the carbon fiber look. If I get a chance I'll sneak out to the shop tomorrow, off work and nothing really scheduled.
Every one have a happy easter if I don't get a chance to check in before then.

Hello all, haven't been able to post updates for a while but I have been getting some work done on it, sorry, no pics. I have most of the exhaust done, debating on a full exhaust out the back or a dump. She says she'll ride with me then she says no. You know the routine, If I set it up for 1 she'll want to ride. As for now I'm cramming time in it but that is going to change again by mid June. For you Z1R guys, redline is now selling a replacement dash for the z1r, they claim it to be of great quality, better than most all reproduction parts that are available. Got me one ordered. I'll post back when I get some pics and time.
Les

thanks for checkin in les.

been wonderin how your progress was going.thanks for the heads up on the repo dashes from redline.
now if some one would just start reproducing the front brake master cylinder and reservoir, clutch and brake perches and levers.:pinch:

the way that thing is going to run les you should probably put passenger pegs and instead of a back seat just put a polished stainless trailer hitch ball! :woohoo: that should holder on  :pinch: :silly:

get us some pics when you can,
