maybe some people here dont know how to fabricate. for shitz and giggles, lets say i get this couple of hundred pounds, ( which, a battery, handlebars, tach, seat, tail, and headlight/signals, fuel, oh and carbs, dont weight a couple of hundred pounds), back on the bike and it sits too low, they make grinders, welding machines and paint. nothing in this world is written in stone. well eccept things written in stone.:laugh:Looks awfully low and theres still a coupla hundred pounds of steel missing along with a rider.
now if your talking about all the above and me, which you were not, then your right. also, what is it that looks low? the frame or the header? i dont even know if i am using that header, and i live in florida. the only pot holes/hills i have are speed bumps which can be avoided.
thanks for the compliment on my build. (typical kzrider member)......you been hangin out at "Z Jungle"? wheres Plummen?:woohoo:

when barry manilow called bj up on the stage and sang him that song for his 53 birthday,i dont think there was a dry eye in the house!well actually bj stormed the stage when the fireworks went off (vietnam flashback thing)and the riot police hit us all with tear gas! :S

There's also a big, f-king empty space where your crankshaft and "junk" are supposed to be.
All I'm saying is it seems odd to put modern suspension parts on an old chassis in which the original twin shocker will probobly be more road worthy that what you're putting together. No offense. I've done my fair share of customizing, but I'm also not the only one here that said it looked low.
