i have to reach the handlebars somehow adam.:silly:porchev914 wrote: I don't know what it is about those risers, but I'm just not feelin' it. Maybe the hight, maybe the curve, maybe a combination of the 2, but they just don't seem to "fit" the look of the rest of the bike.
good thing i dont post what i think about carbon fiber in your build thread.:woohoo:
tell me what you like, and ill change it....just cause i wanna make you happy. oh wait, my opinion is the only one that really matters.
it does make the bike look a lil shorter, but i plan on spreading the wheelbase before its all said and done.
i knew i wanted the straight bar look, not the pullback on the bar, so i knew i would need a pullback riser. i wasnt sure if these would do the job. its perfectly comfortable for me. i got lucky.
ill be able to ride longer with the comfort also. when i had the short clamps on i was putting a lot of weight on my wrists. not anymore.

i have to agree with Adam. they look too Harleyish. but once u get all the rest of the front together they may not stand out so much.
I know u didnt want to here this Stu, but what help could we possibly be, if we all agreed with everything the poster said.
and i also agree with your statement , that your opinion is the only 1 that counts. so does that mean i'm on the fence. lol
Still, 1 very cool ride.
