I'm a vw junkie, i think its really cool you repurposed an old beetle stinger exhaust. Good work and thanks for all the helpful tips. I hope mine comes out as clean as yours

That's because it's loose in the manifold from where I removed the broken throttle cable. Good eye, though!
I was half-expecting your answer to be that it was intentional for circle track riding. Nice looking bike....makes me miss my first (kz250D1)...fun little bikes (just not a good size for big guys like me )

It took a little work, but we got the KZ200 throttle cable to work. I'm going to take it out for a spin today and see what parts fall off next!
