Wiring diagram for KZ200 or KZ750 twin, and what year and specific model?
Am uncertain, but thinking maybe wiring isn't exactly identical for all KZ200's or for all KZ750 twins.
Good Fortune!

This reminds me of when I shoehorned a Smallblock Chevy into my 86 S-10 truck. Everything had to be fabbed, took quite a few months but it sure was a hoot to drive. I miss that little truck

great minds think alike, i have heard..
i had a 91 gmc jimmy my dad and i put a 350 into.
the secret is to start with a truck that already has a 4.3 in it, so the trany bolts straight up, and the conversion motor mounts are super simple.
from there, get to be real good friends with a sawzall and four pound hammer!
miss mine too...

This should be interesting. I have to agree with others about just getting a different bike. You would save alot of money and could spend all winter modifying the bigger bike.
That being said... don't listen to us!!
This is gonna be pretty cool. Just post lots of pictures. Also whats the difference in tank volumes?? My Twin gets between 45 and 50 mpg. So if you have a small tank you might want to look at fitting a bigger one. Good luck.

with this current motor (200) i am putting in 2.1 gallons every 98-110 miles, so i am surprised to hear that something over three times bigger gets the same! I dont quite know what I am going to the tank, but since I HAVE to make the frame 5 inches longer, it would only make sense to get a longer tank to cover the frame..
