Great stuff!
What are your buddy's (78 Z1000) rear-sets?...and what are your rear-sets? Also, what are your buddy's passenger pegs?...R-1? The work is excellent; great quality. I love the black powder-coating, it really sets the finished metal parts off. Did you modify the 'angle' of the rear shocks on your bike (the ELR)? And (finally) is the Suzuki arm a gixxer arm?...if so, what year/model?

Sorry about the interrogation...but (insert Nazi German accent) "We have waaaaays of making you speak!"

Z1109R,
I LOVE the way this looks! The pipe rides in a perfect position, the arm 'visually' wraps around it, the rear-sets, the baffle rivet...man, all of it looks 'perfect'. Keep it comin'!

@Bad Kaw

the Z1000 rear sets are from a 600ccm Honda sportbike,the passenger sets from another Honda (model ?).
On the first pic you can see how I modified the frame for the shocks,I did the same with the ELR frames.
All swingarms are painted,no powder coating.
The MK2 swingarm is from a 1200ccm Bandit.
My ELR rear sets are from a german manufacturer,but the shop doesn`t exist no more.

OK, getting somewhat confused in your image sets....

I'm seeing powder coated swing arm, then bare swingarm on coated and non coated frames with different rear sets .... :blink:

Which ones are your project again....

In any case, that looks freakin sweet... Black arm, yellow springs and those gorgeous anodized gold Ohlins.... Drool!

What did u fab on the pipe.
How can u bend the pipe around the swingarm with out creasing it. I heated mine with a torch and it creased when i bent it out.:(
