If you haven't already, I would check with places like McMaster or some of the bearing manufacturers as they may have sleeves that you can buy off the shelf.

Kawiconvert: ZRX swing is 235mm (I´ll recheck this since I don´t have my notes here) wide at pivot.

Supercharged: I´m going to shave the swing my self with a file and sandpaper as there´s no need to have absolute exact cut. But the axle collar must be done on a lathe as it´s the last part of the axle assy that is tightened betweet frame.

Also there´s the huge diff in pivot axles. Original is 16mm and ZRX is 20mm. Using the ZRX axle would mean bid modding on frame which I definately don´t want to do. Therefore I`m planning on having an extra sleeve made between original axle (outer diam 15,8mm) and ZREX axle sleeve (inner diam. 20mm). This time I want to make the swap "by the book" i.e have all original bearings and assembly from a ZRX fitted to ELR stock axle. This way I can be absolutely shure it works and can take some beating.

Kawiconvert: ZRX pivot is 234mm, the old GSXR swing 235. So very close. Sleeve is a bit tricky. ZRX has 3 bearings in pivot point. 2 needlebearings that have no inner sleeve as the axle sleeve is the inner sleeve for both these bearings. The #3 is a normal ballbearing and the axle sleeve has the same inner diam so just getting a thicker axle sleeve doesn´t do the trick as the extra axle sleeve has to go inside the ballbearing too.

Did some work last nite and installed all parts to check tolerances.

1. Swing pivot point needs only the inner sleeve and 1,5mm off the right end.
2. Exhaust fits with 3mm tolerance and the lambda also fits. Lucky, lucky meB) as I had no idea of ZRX swing when I fabbed the exhaust year ago. In pic it seem absolutely not to work but the pivot - under-brace geometry makes the brace actually move more backwards tha up.
3. Lower shock sleeves had to be fabbed narrower. No big deal.
4. Chain-line only 5-10mm off with the current off-set sprocket. When I get the pivot sleeves and final set up I´ll check if i can move chain-line out. Frame is awfully close so maybe I´ll have to live with that diff in the alignment.
5. Chain guard was cut shorter from both ends. Also have to cut the "shock-opening" to make it align with shock angle.

Boy, if I had more time to work on it

Got new sprocket and chain. I found a JT front sprocket with 5mm more off-set that previous one. Also I can get 2mm extra by putting the rear sprocket "up-side-down" if you get my meaning.

JT sprockets:
-Front: JTF528.17 (24mm, offset 15mm) old one was 527.17 (19mm, offset 10mm)
-Rear: JTR502.45

Tomorrow I´m going to see my pal at his shop. He runs a small steel fabrication company and they´re specialized in stainless. We´re going to fab the extra axle sleeve, some sleeves for rear shocks and shave down the right side axle sleeve. Also if we have time we´ll fab new brackets for instrumentpanel, fairing and lamp.

Updates coming, hope somebody finds this intrestingB)
