yeah im still not sure. i dont want to make it look like the stock fender cuz i want it to be different. i thought about the zrx fender but its too boring. im gonna keep it i think but may trim it back just a tad.
Hey, let me jump in here. The problem, IMHO:lol: , is that the fender doesn't match the rest of the bodywork. At the very least, a less dated tail section and less bulbious sidecovers would be necessary for the modern lines of the front fender (even cut down) to work. The bodywork is a package. I'd even go so far as to say that the tank needs to change, as well. Otherwise, go with no fender.

Yeah, bike is looking good. Where did you get the wheels? I need some for my '74 Z1.
this is the bike that ebay built brother. rear wheel is 03 636 and front is 93 7r. its nearly complete. just gotta get a couple little things and fab a bracket for the gauges and the shocks. then tear it all apart and give it a dupont overhaul. im happy with how its turning out. not bad for a budget beater. including purchase of the bike i prolly have less than 1000 bux into it!
