I do have a nice headlight for it. I grabbed a pair of 3" bi-xenon projectors from a Lexus IS-350 from The Retrofit Source. I'm wanting to place a single light either in the upper or lower "hole" of the 8. My biggest hurdle is fabbing up a bracket that lets me retain adjustability of the light beam.

Too long and not much done since last report.

I've been working on completing the new fairing bracket so I can get the headlight, ballast, and gauge cluster mounted up. The upper straps on the light mount are just temporary. They'll be redone to be lower and behind the light mounting plate.

I've been dragging my feet on the wiring harness but made some good progress.

Finished up the headlight mounts. I may go back and add some speed holes to the straps but not sure yet.

Then I started working on a template for my speedo drive mount.

Been researching my butt off as of late with 750 Turbo upgrades and mods. Looks like I'm going to need a different C/S sprocket with less offset as the turbo and NA engine sprockets are not on the same plane from the factory. Since I plan on running a cone filter right on the turbo due to the VFR speedo drive being where the turbo airbox is plus a different than stock exhaust system, I'm going to enable race mode, add a BOV and AFPR. Luckily for my tiny budget I can mock-up the engine before buying all the add-ons. I'll probably aim for 12-13psi which according to Lorcan is good for 120-125whp or somewhere in there.

First I need to wrap up my the side project on my Kz1000.

I didn't reveal it in this particular thread but for those that didn't see my post in Bike Related, I picked up a '84 Gpz750 turbo engine kit for a great deal which I plan on swapping into my Gpz750 NA.
