I knew they filed for bankruptcy protection early this year - but I'm shocked they are still running a web site collecting money and not shipping product. That Jalopnik report is eye opening.

All chaps are open in the back no?
Steve
Hmmm good point..maybe it’s my lack of pants underneath them that makes them that way but they were going to match my cow horn helmet and waste coat on my cherry red big wheel decker.

The reason people set up corporations is to limit liability if the corporation winds up in financial distress. It's not unusual for a corporate owner to loan money to the corporation. They are legally considered two separate persons, so the owner has not loaned money to himself as mentioned in the article. But by not advising people of the bankruptcy, the corporation has likely committed fraud on unsuspecting customers. But the owner may well be protected by the limitations of the corporation.

Where do you guys go now for those bikebandit.com style assembly diagrams? I need a good detailed one for my 78 KZ1000B2. Les Holt told me last year that problem I was having with my rear wheel might be a missing spacer or spacers on the wrong side. I'd like the assembly diagram so I can see every part that should be present.
