Unwanted guests

I came home to find foot prints all over my property. They took my 2 gallon container of gas for my chain saw and tried to get gas out of my truck. They took inventory of what was easy to get. I knew they would be back and they did. I saw this guy in the back of my property while I was following more prints later in the afternoon. I went through the house, got my 9 and cam. Caught the guy cold. It was tense as I told him to leave while holding my 9 behind my back. He could tell I was armed but I couldn't tell if he was too. If I saw a weapon I would have opened up on him. In this state the criminals have more rights than I do so even if he did have a gun, I would have gone to jail for defending myself. I told him to go, got his plate as he did and called it in. The headlights were flashing as he backed out so I suspect the car was hotwired. I called it in, it came back local and the Dep told me he was going to contact the owner. I haven't heard anything further. I'm going to tighten security more in case they come back. I'll forward this clip to the SO.

Tightened up security, shotgun loaded with slugs backed up by 00 buck, alarm working, neighbors notified. They saw enough they'll be back.
The problem is they are letting felons out, allowing them and illegals to vote. Now they want to take away our guns.
That guy knew I had a gun behind my back. He was either waiting to see if anyone came home or was planning a home invasion. I'm almost sure he was armed but like all cowards he jumped at the chance to run.
He'll be back. I'll be ready.

I'm sure he knows the meth heads down the street. I laid it out for them so they sent him. I have this feeling he will be back. At least it's on record in case I have to take him out.

If you want to make sure you cover your ass if you just happen to toast that tweaker. Get yourself a drop gun, preferably a small caliper revolver. Make sure you put his finger prints on it before the Cops show up. Then you tell the Cops he pointed his weapon at you, and then is when you shot him!!! That should make it a justifiable homicide. I know it does in Arizona!!! Good luck, and good shooting.

If my feeling is right, I can expect a late night visit. Got the alarm and if he gets in the house HE'S MINE. :evil: I have it set up so if I turn off the kitchen light, the perimeter lights will be on. I can see 360 around the house.

I would be installing some inexpensive concealed trail cams on my property just to backup what I see happening. Might need the evidence later on.

If your life is threatened that's just cause......however writing about what to do and instructing deadly violence online will get you an accessory charge for sure. Cameras and a barking dog would probly deter the meth heads. Does sound exciting though. Be safe and hit your mark......lol
