Identifying old hard bags

I don't see a more appropriate category, but what are these bags from?

I can't for the life of me find one single picture of anything that matches them. They're OEM kawasaki with stickers in the lids, no part or model number that I can see, double walled black ABS and fairly large. They're not hinged--lids separate when you open them. I don't have the mounting brackets for them, only the bags.

I'd put a piano hinge on them and use them.

Are you looking for brackets or what?
If they are Kawasaki bags, then they probably could have been purchased as an accessory for any model from back in the day.
The KZ400A is the only KZ I know of that came stock with saddlebags, but I don't think those are the same.

Kind of remind me of KZ1000 police saddle bags.
83 KZ1100A (shaft)
17 Versys X 300 abs
81 kz650h1
81 kz750e2
90 Honda CBR600F (brother's)
