New seat
07 Mar 2016 16:23
I haven't been on here in awhile, but I thought I'd post a pic of the new seat I bought. I bought it from Z1enterprises.com and I really like it. The foam seems nice and firm, which is how I like it. I did have to drill two holes in the seat pan to mount my latch because it comes with the earlier post style latch.

I slipped 1/2" of foam under it. That helped.

I hate to hear that. Why do you think it's uncomfortable? Is the foam too hard?

Think it's the hard plastic cover...foam seems ok.

Thanks guys! I bought a 2009 Kawasaki Concours last year, so my poor KZ didn't get much attention. I'm now missing riding it and giving it some love.

I like those seats. And I dig that paint job, it's different with the straight lines. Easier on the painter. Don't have to round the tape lines.
