Got a question about hard bags. The ones asked about are made in China. Can't beat the price and will work but personally, I'd rather have something vintage and made anywhere than CHINA. That's just me. They look great. I've had my eye on some vintage ones, would have bought them if my old 1975 AAMCO ones weren't repairable.
The shoei boxes need some repair and I'd change the old style turn signals to modern ones. The chrome needs to be redone but they are fiber glass and much better quality. The KZP's are good too. Just a matter of taste.

I've got a few sets of vintage Shoei hard bags.
Both a little different in size, but both too small.
They are narrow, and don't hold much.
Still like to think I'd use them on that ride across the coutry.
:woohoo:

Old saddlebags can be listed in all sorts of ways. Sometimes the mfg isn't known, so they're listed according to whatever bike they happen to have been on. Vintage Honda & Harley bags might be the most common.
eebbaayy searches: Buco saddlebags. Or Shoei or Bates. Arthur Fulmer or Wixom. Or CB750, Honda or Hondaline saddlebags. Vintage Honda or Vintage BMW. Vintage hard bags. Saddlebags or saddle bags.
Arthur Fulmer Wixom CB750 SOHC Saddlebags
Bates -- just an example --- has cracks n stuff
Honda Bates --- adjustable mounting brackets???
Shoei Saddle Bags Saddlebags --- condition is fairly typical for 30+ yr old saddlebags & need work
Buco --- just an example --- not that great
Reproduction Buco --- pricy --- ouch
