I had a quarter fairing on my Z1 when I had the wreck. Three illegals in a stake bed truck turned left in front of me. All I remember is stepping off. The bike went under the truck and I bounced off the wheel with my shoulder and I landed in the desert. That fairing turned into shards and cut the hell out of me. Damn near lost the family jewels but it did redesign my back side. I still have the scars all over. I'll never have one again. The wind shield is bad enough.
