Instrument Card backing Fading

Does anyone know if the backing on our speedo/taco cards has a special paint. Speedo on mine is fading and has a few spots. Taco is fine. Rarely parked in sun, Thanks.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI don't know about the paint or which dial you need, but sometimes dials are available on ebay. Ed

I got mine from a seller on eBay. Z1 has the stick on type, these are original Kawasaki.

The dirt you see is on the outside. Cost about $20.

Taco and speedo work like new.Faceplate of Taco is spot on. The speedo faceplate has faded a little and backlighting is not as strong as taco. Seems to have a few blotchy holes a few mm round showing through card.
It is green on back of faceplate. Standard 3 watt push in bulbs are only ones ever used,Never had anything nasty spilt on the speedo.
Checked out those sites and of course nothing for a Zephyr.Found some in Germany for about $40 - $ 50 total cost but problem is they are all white - want to stick to black. Will disassemble soon and see what i can do. Thought the backing of faceplate may have some sort of luminous green paint on it,
Thanks for your replies.
