ZX750A1 motor.
Wiseco 810cc kit.
Zukiworks racing ported head.
VM 29 smooth bore's.
Dyna 2000 Ign. w/Dyna mini coil's
APE cylinder stud's and nut's.
APE valve spring's.

3.5x18 laced to a KZ1000 disk hub.

Baking soda in a small hand held sand blaster for the fin's.
As for polished fin's not a good idea the ruff finish add's surface area
to help with cooling.

Coca cola for about 30 min. Try a small spot first. The alloy we cleaned was 6061 plate. Your engine is sure to be a different alloy so do a small spot test. Try different soak times until you get it where you want it. Engine aluminum may be different effect than 6061.

Some Semi-truck washes have the chemical you need And would probably spray some on for ya, I like the brass brush idea if nothing else. I used a old 30cal barrel brush from my gun cleaning kit. Believe it or not crest toothpaste works wonders its like a mild polishing compound but then you have to get it out of the cracks as well. Good luck whatever you do. John.

Or you could have the items "chrome" powder coated. Not ad bright as polished, BUT easy to maintain.

Are you sure thesewer powder coated??
