Hey y'all,

For cleaning my points, my manual says use a business card with some chemical (aceytlesomethinorother) i don't have the manual on me right now.

Question is, what's the best modern and readily available substance to clean points with?

Thanks guys.

I believe you're refering to ACETONE - usually hiding in a gal-pal's purse as nail polish remover. It's a dilute solvent in the laquer thinner family. Nail polish - ick usually has perfumes added, don't get your nose too close...

Thanks 'saur. I'll try my gal-pal's nail-polish remover. :) It wasn't acetone but I'll try and remember to look it up when I'm at home, just for the record.

As far as cleaning the little swab of cotton that lubricates the cam in there, any suggestions? I know it's not supposed to be saturated with oil. I know mine's not the cleanest in the world.
