I got talking to a painter about this the other day, he said to give the tank a good rub with coarseish paper & then apply the paint remover..........now the next bit i dont understand...........he said to wrap it in a plastic bag to maximise the effect! Surely the plastic bag would melt? (& i can get my hands on some good thick bags)

The plastic bags cut down on the evaporation, making the paint remover work better.

Dude have you used this thing on your tank yet?!?! I just bought one today & it looks like a viscious little sh1t! Definately good use on a robber but i dunno about a tank, it looks like it'll take more than the paint off!
