ive been inside of enough plating shops,i dont mind polishing my own parts for plating but doing somebody elses stuff would blow big time! :S :laugh:

enjoyed reading this topic on chrome plating very much!!! everyone discussed this brown's platin being a little pricey??? just out of curiosity i emailed them and sent pic of my bike with 4/1 kerker and asked for a quote to chrome it.. personally i think there quote was a couple levels above pricey!!! 750.00 to chrome the header!!!! wow!!!!
if my info is correct i could by new chrome kerker for that price or 2 vance and hines pipes!!!!
sounds like there customers must be the rich and famous with unlimited budget..
even in a good economy that quote seems way out of line to me...
