Plating in Wisconsin was created by DoubleDub
I think I've asked here before, but does anyone have a plater in Wisconsin that I could contact? I need to get both my fenders done (pitting, scratches, etc) and I'm not having much luck finding anyone myself.

Yep, that's the debate...we'll see what a quote is for the fenders, might be cheaper to buy the repo's, clean up what I have and sell them to someone doing a resto.

Thanks, as with most things, I assumed that. It was more a question of comparing the prices of replacing vs. refinishing.

I'll definitely check them out.

yes I used a "less expensive" place once for steel parts, they are less expensive for a reason. After the peeling process began i sent everything to Ronnie, you get what you pay for, bad prep =bad chrome longevity
