anybody know? I can't seem to find it, just other cheaper ones that aren't as good.
Talk to somebody with an auto body shop.

Funny you say that. The reason I am looking for it is because yesterday I was asking my mechanic about whether he thought soda would remove the paint on the cases of my GPz motor. He said forget soda and get aircraft stripper. BUT he said he forgot where they got it from. He said don't bother with the cheap stuff, get aircraft stripper, I just haven't found it in any of the usual places...

Part source has it in Sk, they might out there too
Thanks, there is one in Kingston. I will give them a call before I take the drive.
Just called parts source, and no dice. The NAPA in Napanee has it though, woohoo!

Tranny or chrome plating shops often have degreaser tanks with chemicals strong enough to remove oem black paint from cases etc.

Use in a well ventilated area, have eye protection in case of splashes and solvent resistant gloves.
Put the stripper in a metal container as it will attack and soften/ruin any plastic container it contacts.Disposable paint brushes along with a non metallic scraper will be needed to remove paint from confined/tight areas.
Some strippers are designed to be removed using water, others require a solvent, so check the container before purchasing.

When I spray paint the odd bracket now and then, I use an enamel paint and then after air drying, I bake the part at 350 F in our oven(with the windows open and fan going to avoid nasty fumes/heated discussion with the wife about the smells).
This makes for a durable coating and can some times be hard to remove.
