i was looking at this 79$ and 99 $husky hplv gravity sprayer.......
when my phone rings......it was arai59.....
he told me to never use sand on the frame or any parts...to use the plastic media beads...as they won't put dimples....
then he described the 69$ husky that i was standing right in front of and the type of black super strong primer that i will have to get through an auto body supllier.....
so i returned the sprays and stripper and am now waiting on my 2hr len stuart ...painting 101 dvd and a sunnny weekend to go get the blaster and bb's.....
maybe i'll have some pics to post soon....

rustuleum rusty metal primer.lay the motor on its side and bolt empty frame to it
Which side do you lay the motor on typically? I was worried about cracking the rotor or ignition cover so I muscled it in and scraped my new paint.
Gman - that's a great idea for a frame stand. I hung mine from the ceiling, but the rope kept getting in the way.
