John...I'd like to see the tank but I have to join the KZ1000P Yahoo Group and enable yet another Yahoo feature (Web Access)...I hate Yahoo. Could you post a picture here?

I have a variety of tanks hanging around, and what I found is most tanks are made to fit a certain frame, but you can modify them to fit I have an H1 500 that has a KZ900 4.75 gallon tank on it, this is a huge tank and I had to modify the H1 frame to get it to fit, but it looks awesome, I also have an 84 KZ700 that came with a tank that I could not tell you where it came from but it didn't fit at all, this tank has got to take a full 5 gal. but now I'm trying to find a tank that looks good and I can make fit, might end up being an 80 KZ1000 unit but the frame will need some mods and the petcock will need to be moved a bit rearward

Makes the seat look a little funny, but actually quite comfortable and perhaps adds a little added protection.
