Best color for selling?

I guess I'm guilty of that too. I sold a GPZ1100 back in 1983 was my last sale. As to color. I'm sure everyone knows my answer. I don't care if it's black,green,red,purple. Makes no difference as long as it's original paint. I might even opt in for a paintworks repaint or whoever did LTDriders 900. Otherwise all repaints are valued for salvage only.

I would paint it the way you want it to look, after all you will be the one riding it.
I saw a bike painted yesterday, it was awsome, it was a tribute to his son, a fallen soldier, it had the american flag and several ghost pics inlaid, when the sun would hit them they stood out, the flag looked like it moved in the sun from the metalic used, by far the best paint job I had ever seen

I sell motorcycles of all types for rebuilders and Red or Black always sell better. I honestly don't see any difference in sales between red and black but just sold a Red Ninja for the same price as a much nicer CBR600 that was gold guy came to look at CBR and left with Ninja. Happens alot. Red or Black is my vote.
