1982 Kawasaki KZ 750 LTD Looking for 530 Sprockets

I am not sure what manual you are looking at, but the factory service manual for the KZ750H (LTD), shows the chain to be 630 X 84, and the sprockets to be 32/13.Btw, I looked through fsm and kz does use 530 already. And I also measured sprockets and the are in like new specs
which 530 chain is recommended? Fsm says should be 102L endless, bug i see none for sale

Ok, my bad I hijacked thread. But just for reference - I was talking about KZ650. Here is manual snip. Sounds like 750 < 650

Fair enough! Not asking about lubricants. What? Why lube?I am not sure anybody sells an endless chain, and I doubt if many of us would buy one of they did. Installing one would require removing the rear wheel and swingarm. Replacement chains usually come with a few more links than you need, and with a master link. There are basically two types of master links; ones with a clip, and ones with rivets.Guys report no problems with the clip-style, though some will safety wire them just in case. I use a D.I.D. chain break and rivet tool, that easily removes the extra links and then rivets the master link in place. It is more expensive than some other tools, but will last a lifetime with proper care. I have read about some of the really cheap ones breaking during their first use.
Any of the major brands of drive chains will serve you well. D.I.D., RK, Regina, EK, et cetera.
If you decide to ask about chain lubricants, be prepared for an avalanche of strong opinions.
I want to get simplest chain right now as I don't think I will put a lot of miles on a bike and can always upgrade if needed. Do those basis DID chains include links? I know it's non 0-ring but it's fine. Just not sure they have all I need in a package. Main thing is safety, do they make fakes?

It's customary to move up 3 teeth on the front sprocket when moving from 630 to 530, so 13 + 3 = 16T front sprocket.You need the following to do a 630 --> 530 conversion on a Kz750 H LTD:
530 (JTF513 series) 17T front sprocket
530 (JTR488 series) 42T rear sprocket
530 Chain - RK 104 link 'X' Ring
17T may work, but I'd be careful to make sure there is enough room between the sprocket and chain guard.

Since your bike has 630 now you will need both a chain and sprockets. These parts wear together with use. That chain you selected is bottom of the barrel and will wear and elongate quickly, and when it does the sprockets will be worn out to match. I think you would be better off spending a few more $ and get a better chain since that will prolong sprocket life and same money in the long run.

I don't get it. The 750H bikes use 630 chains, not 530. When someone pointed that out you admitted that the manual page you posted is from a 650, not a 750.
No, my bike has 530 now, see my post above with manual page. What chain is "better"? And what budget should I allow for better chain? Like I said, I don't see myself putting miles on a bike.

530 17 tooth front sprocket is the biggest you can go with out touching the metal cover. I had this setup installed 6 years ago and no problems.
And you keep OEM relation: 13/32 = .406 17/42= .405
