A Little Tip! All Balls Steering Neck Bearings

After buying about 7 or 8 sets of All Balls Racing neck tapered bearings in the past 10 yrs. I go to my Regular, Local Bearing Supply , Friend. Buffalo Bearings, Family business since I was a 12-13 yr. old kid working on mini-bikes! He has an All Balls account. Tells me he can't get the #22-1014's for the Z1 / KZ900's? warehouse is out of stock! Not until a May delivery? They come from India? So I sort of knew, these are all the same as most Kaws. So I go on ebay and find the smallest Kaw, Ninja / EX 250's They are only $27 Instead of listings from $37 to $59 for the Z1 / KZ900 / 1000. So if your looking for neck bearings, look for the cheaper small bikes!! As they are all the All Balls # 22-1014.

Anyone Lower their front 35mm Z1 / KZ900 / 1000 forks?
With the aluminum spacers they sell 1", 2", 3"? for the drag bike guys.
I made a few. I am using the 3".
I have an extra set of 2-1/2" spacers to put inside for lowering. I will sell them cheap.

Back in 84 I went to Kaman bearing and got a Timken tapered bearing set for my Z1. Like them better than the All Balls set I replaced them with.
