The PSI listed on the sidewall is max pressure not running pressure., The manuel will tell you running pressure.

The manual pressures are for the OEM tires. I'd go to the tire manufacturers website and look for info there.
For example: Dunlop Elite 4 tires, 100/90-19 front - 34psi, 130/90-16 rear - 40 psi
