Tire Fitment Issue was created by Leor13
So I got this 7 spokes rim that I got from Ebay that says 1979 Kawasaki KZ750 K507-1* Rear Wheel Rim 18in but unfortunately the center ID on the hub is smaller compared to the original wheel, I also have the axle bolt on the said new wheel. What should I do in order to use this?
I ask one of the local motorcycle shop here about just getting new bearings but he said that the OD of the original is bigger and the space between the hub will not match.
Any suggestion please and thank you
Update: I got the bearing that will fit on my spokes wheel (20X47x14) should I use the same spacer with the 20mm ID ? and where can I buy the grease seal for this?
Hopefully this will work

You need to use the axle that fits the swingarm, and fit everything else to that. Likely that means custom spacers and different bearings.

It is a 78 KZ750 Twin and I believe that 5 spokes rims I got came off of 1980 KZ750

I got the bearings but I cannot find the right grease seal and spacers . As you can see on the picture the spacers are longer on the 1980 KZ compared to the original spacers .

Assuming you're using the larger 750B axle. Will your spacers fit the new wheel? If so, but they're too short, then as TexasKZ said I guess you'll have to come up with additional spacers/washers to make up the difference. As for the oil seal, I guess take some measurements then see if there's anything available.
Assuming the wheel is from a 750E. From the diagrams at Partzilla the LH oil seal should be the same.
For the RH side, you could search the internet by the size. some oil seals have the size embossed into them.

I've done a simular swap, I put a kz650 rear wheel on my kz750 twin. I used the 20mm axle, I made a custom bearing spacer for the hub as the stock 20mm spacer was too short in my instance.
Just a heads up, the 750E uses a different style of caliper and i think the disk diameter is smaller as well. I would check that out before you get in too deep.

I have a 1980 KZ750 LTD which has a rear drum brake. which is why I went for the kz650 wheels. any 76-80 front wheel from kz650, kz750, kz1000, that has 4 mounting bolts for the disk are a direct swap. i would see if what you have works with your stock caliper, it may. if it doesnt get the kz750E caliper, you may have to revise the torque arm, but that should be pretty easy.
