Z1 to KZ front wheel swap?

Hi all, I have a 73 Z1 that had been fitted with a Lester 3”x16” rear wheel with a (4 bolt) disc brake. I’m looking for a 19” front Lester to match, but have only located a KZ (4 bolt disc) style, with discs included. Would a KZ1000 wheel and discs fit my original Z1 forks & calipers, or am I limited to the Z1 (6 bolt disc style). Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Z1 and KZ900 front discs are the same diameter. The axles are different and I don't know if you can use a Z1 axle on a KZ900. The internal hub spacer is different but may be the same length....just not sure. Also I can't say if the KZ disc is in the same position relative to the fork caliper mount.

I had KZ Lesters on my bike in the wreck. I have a KZ 900 spoked wheel and KZ disks. They fit the calipers but I went with the H2 calipers because they are beefier and I like how they look. You'll need the KZ axle assy.
