Also, the lower shock mounts have been moved to below the swingarm instead of on top of it. That lowers the rear of the bike, but that also will allow the tire to hit the missing frame parts.

Is it possible to flip a swingarm upside down? That's what it kinda looks like. I would have thought the tabs on the outside of the shock bolts would interfere... maybe they were cut off... as it seems the previous owner must have gotten a new Sawzall for Christmas.
