I have not tried these, but they may be what you are looking for.

I suspect that Avon and Dunflop also make some.
Are you looking for a racing tire or for a soft street tire?

Pirelli Sport Demon is renowned for grip. It's not the longest lasting tire though.
The KZ1000 came with a pretty narrow front wheel and a 110 goes beyond the customary recommended size. A 100 is a better choice for the stock wheels. Of course, if you changed wheels this wouldn't apply so...

Wrong size. Bigger is not better. I have a 100/90-18 Avon Roadrunner AM26 on my Z1R. I also have them on my RD400, and had them on my Ducati Darmah.
This is a 'universal" tire, meaning it can be a front or rear tire. It is mounted in the opposite direction as a rear tire.
I have had Metzeler, Dunlop, and Bridgestone also, but I like Avons the best, as do many of my experienced rider friends. Good luck with your choice.

I don't agree. I'm going back to the 110 from the 100. It washes out too easy on dirt roads and feels unstable at high speeds.
